Account & User Responsibilities

Business accounts may be required for wholesale orders, bulk purchases, or import/export transactions. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, account information, and any API keys or certificates issued. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. You agree not to share account credentials with third parties without explicit authorization and must comply with all applicable trade regulations and export control laws.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, product images, CAD files, technical documentation, software, and trade secrets are the exclusive property of our company or our suppliers and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of complete payment through our authorized payment methods. Payment terms for B2B transactions, including net-30, net-60, or letter of credit arrangements, will be specified in individual purchase agreements. All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Refund policies vary by product category and will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement.

Shipping, Delivery & Import/Export

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and insurance options will be calculated and presented during checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. We provide AWB (Air Way Bill) or tracking numbers for all shipments. For import/export transactions, the buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with customs regulations, tariffs, and import duties in their country. We provide commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and any required compliance documentation. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or regulatory compliance requirements in destination countries.

Product Warranties & Disclaimers

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are sold "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. We provide limited manufacturer warranties on select products as specified in the product documentation. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications. Products manufactured and exported in compliance with international standards (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH where applicable) as specified in product documentation. Customers operating in regulated jurisdictions are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals and certifications. We maintain compliance with ITAR, EAR, and other trade restriction regulations. Customers must provide accurate information regarding end-use and destination country for export transactions.

Quality Assurance & Inspection

All products undergo quality control testing before shipment. Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 7 days. Photos of damaged items and original packaging must be provided for damage claims. We will replace or repair defective products at our discretion. For bulk orders, we provide inspection reports and can arrange pre-shipment inspections at customer request. Testing and inspection procedures comply with international standards and are documented in our quality assurance records.
